Terrible service!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy here.
Answer:
We have delivered at the promised time.
But no one was to be found at the address!
4 times DHL had to try to deliver the package! On messages of DHL was not responding. We can cover this in writing.
We have shipped watch and box in excellent condition - we have witnesses for it.
The damages at the box have happened only with the customer. |

Answer:
Mr. Boerio is unfortunately very poorly informed.
He does not know that he has to pay customs duties to the U.S. Customs when he buys goods from abroad and gives us the blame for the delay.
We have shipped the goods properly and can prove this.
We have not refused to take back the goods - but we cannot do anything as long as it is with the U.S. Customs.
As long as he does not pay the fees, we can not retrieve the goods.
